Emergency exits are indicated by a red light and sign, take a moment before the lights go down to see where the closest exit is to your seat, this is your shortest route out to the street. In the event of a fire or other emergency, please do not run – WALK TO THE EXIT. Once outside, The Centre’s staging area is outside at the Library Square across the street. Please do not light matches in the building during or after the performance, The Centre is a smoke-free facility.
Please be considerate of your fellow patrons. Silence cell phones, pagers, wrist-watch alarms and other similar devices. Refrain from talking, humming during the performance, unwrap any wrapped candies/cough drops before the start of the performance as it can be annoying to both the performers as well as those around you.
Please be considerate of patrons who have allergies to perfumed fragrances/colognes, less is best.
Although the Centre welcomes patrons of all ages, small children can be disruptive to the performance. Unless the programming is specific to children & family, children under 6 yrs of age are highly discouraged. Children may be admitted as in the contract specifications with the Tour Management and is confirmed on a show to show bases. Please check-age-appropriateness when ordering your tickets. Children unable to sit quietly throughout the performance will be asked to leave the inside of the auditorium. No Refunds
All patrons regardless of age require a ticket; children over 6 months need their own seat. Those under 6mths sitting on the lap of a parent may need a babes-in-arm ticket (depending on the Promoter/Tour Management). Please note that again children who are unable to sit quietly throughout the performance will be directed to the lobby along with their accompanying adult. No Refunds
Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult
Latecomers and patrons who leave the auditorium during the performance and late returnees at intermission will not be seated until there is a suitable break in the performance. Depending on the show and promoters instructions, some shows will not allow late seating until intermission. We ask that you give yourself plenty of time of 45 minutes prior to the performance arrive at the theatre find parking and pick up tickets and be in your seats before show time. No Refunds

The use of cameras and sound-recording devices is prohibited in the theatre; we strongly suggest you check them in at coat check. Anyone using a camera (including cell phone cameras) or any recording device in the theatre may be asked to leave, unless otherwise noted. No Refunds
Alcohol along with other beverages is available for sale pre-show & during Intermission. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted inside the auditorium, bottled water brought on site is the only beverage permitted inside the auditorium.
Due to the changing environment around us please note that all bags, purses, parcels, briefcases etc. entering the theatre shall be subject to a search. Concerts all bags, knapsacks are required to be checked in at coat check, there is a $2.00 charge. Depending on the show & promoter’s direction there are no In & Outs permitted during the performance. No Refunds We highly suggest that you leave the above items at home.
There is no smoking in the building. Any person bringing in alcohol or banned substances will be asked to leave the theatre. No Refunds
