Yes, if there are still tickets available to purchase. The box-office normally opens two hours before show time. Many shows sell quickly we suggest you buy your tickets well in advance.
Yes, known as “Will Call” you may pick your tickets two hours before show time. You will need to bring photo ID and the credit that was used to purchase the tickets and your confirmation number.
Note: We suggest you give yourself ample of time and make yourself aware of what else is playing at the other venues, as getting into the city and parking can be time consuming and many times latecomers will not be seated until appropriate times or after Intermission. No Refunds
Many times Artists release their tour schedule before the booking process is completed and tickets placed on sale. The venue only places the show on our web site once the booking process has been completed
There are stairs that go down all rows so wheelchair accessible seating is located on each level at the back of the Orchestra/Dress Circle and Balcony levels. There is an elevator service to all three levels.
Yes, everyone requires a ticket regardless of age. Children under four years of age are discouraged (some shows do not allow children) except for events geared towards children.
For children events there is a limited number of booster seats available on a first come, first served basis, we suggest you bring some type of cushion as these usually go with-in the first twenty minutes of doors being opened.
Babes In Arms -under six months are highly discouraged for most types of shows (depending on the promoter/show may not be permitted) you will be asked to leave the auditorium at any point of the performance should they begin to fuss. No Refunds
The availability of discounts is determined by the individual producers and presenters, not the theatre. Discounts, if offered, are not applicable or retroactive to previously sold tickets. No Refunds
Tickets purchased from other sources then the approved ticketing agent could be fraudulent, counterfeit, or otherwise unusable. Brokers/Scalpers that sell valid tickets at inflated prices are profiting at the publics expense. Should there be problems at the door with scanning in the ticket, unless you have ID and the card used to purchase the ticket you leave yourself at risk of being turned away.
Tickets may not be resold on the premises, including the exterior of the venue.
The taking of pictures or any type of recording is strictly prohibited in the theatre, which could result in them being confiscated and the film/video destroyed and possibility of being asked to leave the performance.
For most concerts, backpacks, large bags and other similar personal items are not permitted and you will have to check them into coat check. There is a $2.00 charge for items. No Refunds
No, outside food & drink are not allowed inside the venue. For your convince there is beverage & light snack service available inside. There is no bank machine inside the venue, all concessions sales are cash only.
In and out, privileges are solely based on direction from the promoter of the show. For most concerts there are no IN & OUTS permitted. No Refunds

The Centre does not have its own parking lot. There are several pay lots within a 3 block radius as well as metered street parking, the closer being Library square (enter off Hamilton St.) and next door underground at the Westin Grand Hotel (enter off the back alley on Robson St’)
